Terms & Conditions

1. BP Digitized Membership is activated automatically after the first purchase at any BP Healthcare Outlets (effective from December 2020) or upon registration of an account on Doctor2U website / app.

2. BP Digitized Membership is FREE and utilizes a cardless approach, therefore no physical card will be issued.

3. Each BP Member may only maintain one (1) BP account which will serve all business and personal needs. This BP account is not transferable or assignable.

4. Upon BP account registration on Doctor2U website / app or first purchase at any BP Healthcare Outlets, BP Member will be accorded the benefits and recognition of an BP Silver Member.

5. BP Members will earn BP Points on any products or services purchased at BP Healthcare Outlets or Doctor2U website / app. BP Members can accumulate BP Points to advance to the next membership tier to enjoy even more benefits. For every RM 1.00 spent, BP Members will get 1 BP point (Silver Tier), 1.5 BP points (Gold Tier) and 2 BP points (Platinum Tier).

6. BP Healthcare and Doctor2U will not entertain any requests for any membership tier upgrade if the BP Member has not met the set qualifying criteria.

7. BP Points can be used to redeem for discounts on selected BP products and services at BP Healthcare Outlets (offline) and Doctor2U website / app (online).

8. BP Points redemption is capped at 100,000 points per transaction.

9. BP Points will expire on 31 December of the following year from the date it is earned. It is the BP Member’s responsibility to be aware of the expiry date of their BP Points.

10. BP Points are not transferable, exchangeable or extendable beyond the stated validity.

11. Upon BP account registration, BP Members will receive three discount promo codes with varying values depending on membership tier.

12. BP Members can utilise the three discount promo codes (according to membership tier) to purchase selected BP products and services on Doctor2U Mobile App only once they reach the designated membership tier for the relevant discount promo codes and fulfill all promo code conditions. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, group buying vouchers, prepaid vouchers and coupons, unless otherwise expressly stated.
    All the decisions of BP Healthcare Group in connection with BP Digitized Membership shall be final, conclusive and binding.

13. All the decisions of BP Healthcare Group in connection with BP Digitized Membership shall be final, conclusive and binding.

14. BP Healthcare Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. BP Member’s continued access or use of the BP Digitized Membership after the posting of such changes confirms his/her consent to be bound by the Terms & Conditions as amended.

15. In accepting the BP Digitized Membership, each BP Member agrees that he/she has read, understood and expressly agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in its entirety, as well as any additional terms and conditions as may be stipulated by BP Healthcare Group from time to time including the decisions of BP Healthcare Group in all matters related thereto.

How Does It Work?

1. New joiners will receive a one-off 1,000 reward points upon registration of BP account on www.shop.doctor2u.my or Doctor2U mobile app.

2. For every RM 1.00 spent at any of our BP Healthcare Outlets, Doctor2U website (www.shop.doctor2u.my) or Doctor2U Mobile App, BP Member will get 1 BP Point (Silver Tier), 1.5 BP Points (Gold Tier) and 2 BP Points (Platinum Tier).

3. BP Members will receive a Bonus 5x Points exclusively on Doctor2U e-Shop, applicable to both Doctor2U website and app, during their Birthday month!

4. BP Members can track their latest BP Membership details and BP Points REAL-TIME on our Doctor2U app / website or BP Healthcare Outlets.

5. The BP Digitized Membership is a lifetime membership.

6. BP Members can email [email protected] to opt out if they do not wish to be part of the BP Digitized Membership programme.

I am purchasing BP health screening services for my son; will I receive BP points under my BP account?

Yes. We will credit BP Points into the BP account which purchased the screening services.

How do I earn my Bonus Points?

1. You are entitled to 5x points for ONE purchase only during your Birthday Month.

2. Earn 100 reward points when you submit an order review on the Doctor2U app.

How can I redeem my BP Points?

1. BP Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at BP Healthcare Outlets (offline) or Doctor2U website / app (online) at the conversion rate of 100 points = RM 1.00

2. The accrued BP Points can be used as cash equivalent for your next purchase of any qualifying product / services at BP Healthcare Outlets, Doctor2U website (www.shop.doctor2u.my) or Doctor2U Mobile App, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

How do I get discounts up to 10% for BP products/services?

1. Upon BP account registration, BP Members will receive three discount promo codes with varying values depending on membership tier. These promo codes will be displayed in the “vouchers” section.

2. BP Members can utilise the promo codes to purchase BP products and services on Doctor2U Mobile App only once they reach the designated membership tier for the relevant discount promo code.

3. You will be entitled a discount worth 2% at Silver tier, 5% at Gold tier and 10% Platinum tier.

4. You will be entitled to a one-time discount for each membership tier up to 10% for selected BP products/services.

May I use my BP points to redeem for services for my friend or relative? What can I do with the points earned?

1. Yes, as the BP account holder, you are free to redeem your BP Points for BP services to be utilized by anyone you wish.

2. For walk-in cases, just present the QR Code on your Doctor2U app.

What is the policy on the expiry of BP Points?

All BP Points will expire on 31 December of the following year.

For example, points earned in October 2020 will expire on 31 December 2021, while points earned in January 2021 will expire on 31 December 2022.
