Dr Goh Seok Chin

Dr Goh Seok Chin, has an extensive working experience of 28 years, with the last 17 years as a specialist in gastroenterology and internal medicine. She was attached to the Megah Medical Specialist Group and Sime Darby Specialist Centre Megah since 1998 as Consultant Gastroenterologist and Physician, and later practiced at the Alpha Specialist Centre. She covers cases involving Gastroenterology & Internal Medicine and performs endoscopy- gastroscopy & colonoscopy on a regular basis.

Datin Dr. Teoh Su Lin

Datin Dr Teoh Su Lin graduated in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with distinction in University of Malaya. She went on to qualified as a Master of Surgery in National University of Malaysia in 1998.

She was granted a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS) in 1987 as well as Royal College of Ophthalmology in United Kingdom (MRCP) in 1988.

She was a trainee lecturer of Department of Ophthalmology, UKM from 1984 to 1987 and continued to be the lecturer in Ophthalmology and Consultant Ophthalmologist until 1993. She also went through subspecialty training in Paediatric Ophthalmology under Senior Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologists, DR John Dudgeon, University of Glasgow. She has been served as a consultant Ophthalmologist in Tung Shin Hospital, Kuala Lumpur for 3 years.

Datin Dr Teoh Su Lin is a member of Malaysia Medical Association. She is also a member CONSENSUS committee “Use of oxygen in the newborn” Perinatal Society of Malaysia, Malaysian Paediatric Association, Ophthalmological Society of Malaysia and Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia.

Dr. Tan Kheng Guan

Dr Tan Kheng Guan graduated with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Malaya, one of the internationally renowned higher learning institutions, in year 2003. He then further his Master of Radiology in University of Malaya in 2012. For the past few years, he has provided his clinical service as a Clinical Radiologist in several hospitals such as Hospital Serdang, Hospital Sibu and Hospital Sungai Buloh.


Dr. Chu Siew Mun
Consultant Dermatologist

Dr Chu graduated from University of Malaya with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees in 1969.

In 1974, he became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of London and obtained a Diploma in Dermatology from the University of London.

He has been a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London since 1991 and a fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia since 2002.

He lectured in Medicine and Dermatology at University of Malaya from 1973 to 1977 and is a Consultant Dermatologist at various hospitals.

Dr Chu is currently in private practice as a Consultant Dermatologist.

Dr. Ong Chun Chiang
Ear Nose Throat – Head & Neck Surgeon

Dr. Ong Chun Chiang is a senior Ear, Nose, Throat – Head and Neck Consultant with vast experience in his field not only in Malaysia but also in United Kingdom. He qualified with MB, BCh, BAO Medical Degree from University College Dublin in 1987. After Internship in Ireland, he went on to specialize in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at South East Thames Specialist Registrar Training in the United Kingdom rotating among Guy’s, King’s College and St. Thomas’ Hospitals in London, Lewisham University Hospital, Royal Sussex County Hospital Brighton and Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Kent. He obtained Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons of England in London in 1993 and went on to obtain Fellowship of The Intercollegiate Specialty Board (Conjoint Examination of Royal College of Surgeons of England, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland) in 2000.

He returned to Malaysia as Associate Professor in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at University Putra Malaysia with clinical work at Kuala Lumpur General Hospital between 2000 and 2004. He went into full time private practice after leaving University Putra Malaysia. He now works as Consultant Ear, Nose, Throat – Head and Neck Surgeon with clinical sessions at BP Specialist Centre Taman Megah, Tung Shin Hospital and his own clinic at Klinik Pakar E.N.T. C.C. Ong near Tesco Ampang.

Dr. Ong manages all ear, nose, throat, head and neck illnesses ranging from allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, thyroid lesions to head and neck cancers including cancers of parotid glands, nose and throat cancers.

Dr. Ong has published in internationally peer-reviewed journals and has articles published in Fit For Life Sections in Sunday Star newspapers. He updates himself with the latest technology by attending intenational conferences every year. He was President of the Malaysian Irish Alumni Association between 2007 and 2011 and is actively participating in charity work with Medical Outreach Petaling Jaya.

Dr. Eugene Leong Weng Kong graduated from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur with MBBS (Malaya). He also obtained his membership in the Royal College Of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists London, United Kingdom (MRCOG, UK) and was elevated to FRCOG, UK (Fellowship) recently.

He did formal subspecialty training in Kandang Kerbau Women’s & Children’s Hospital, Singapore in Minimally Invasive Surgery and GynaeOncology. In 2001, funded by the Aileen Dickens Bequest (RCOG Overseas Fund Award) he had an attachment in the Royal Surrey County Hospital, United Kingdom in its Minimally Invasive Unit under Professor Christopher Sutton. He has presented numerous abstracts/papers in local and international conferences. Before joining BP Healthcare as a Consultant he was an Associate Professor, Consultant GynaeOncologist/Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in the University of Malaya. He is also currently an Associate Professor, Consultant GynaeOncologist/Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Taylor’s University, School of Medicine.

His forte is in complex gynaecological surgery both benign and malignant with minimal blood loss (no sucker technique).

Dr Eugene Wong is currently an Adult and Pediatric Spine and Orthopaedic Surgeon. He specializes in complex disorders of the entire spine in adult and pediatric patients. His interests lie in the treatment of all aspects of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal disorders focusing on minimally and less invasive surgical techniques, adult and paediatric spine deformity, complex cervical and lumbar reconstructions, spinal tumour surgery and degenerative cervical and lumbar conditions. He has a special interest in spine-hip syndrome cases and is trained in hip arthroscopy and minimally invasive anterior total hip replacement. Dr Wong also treats general orthopaedic conditions.

Dr Wong is Fellowship trained in Spine Surgery at various eminent centres in Singapore, Australia and USA. He spent 6 months at the National University Hospital in Singapore with Professor HK Wong acquiring specialized techniques in microscopic spine surgery, disc replacement surgery and thoracoscopic scoliosis surgery. He then spent a year at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Calvary Private in Adelaide, Australia with Dr OL Osti. Further training and experience was acquired at the Austin Health and Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne, Australia for 18 months. He pursued a combined Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic Spine Fellowship Programme with Mr Peter Wilde, Mr David de La Harpe and Mr Myron Rogers. A vast experience in spinal trauma and tumour surgery was attained. Deformity surgery experience was further acquired at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia with Mr Peter Turner.He then went on to spend 18 months in Atlanta, USA at the Veteran Affairs Medical Centre and Emory University with Professor Scott Boden. He then returned to work at a Level 1 trauma centre specializing in orthopaedic and pelvic trauma injuries at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne. Vast experience was gained in managing polytraumatized patients.

He was the Malaysian Orthopaedic Association (MOA) Ambassador to the 25th Annual Congress of The Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association in 2005 and twice nominated for the Traveling Fellowship for the Japanese Spine Research Society (JSRS) 2005 and 2006 to Japan. Dr Eugene Wong has great interest in education and research. He has given numerous presentations at both national and international level meetings. His interest includes teaching surgical anatomy having qualified with the Postgraduate Diploma of Surgical Anatomy from the University of Melbourne. He is an active member of various societies which include the Malaysian Medical Association, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, SICOT, American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), North American Spine Society (NASS) and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Hema Hari Rajah

Dr Hema Hari Rajah graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia’s first and most established private medical and healthcare university. She served as a house officer and medical officer at several hospitals before pursuing her Masters of Radiology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). During this time, she underwent training and Hospital Kuala Lumpur and UKM Medical Centre before completing training in 2012. She has worked as a clinical Radiologist at Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru and HSC Medical Centre, a private centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Dr Lim obtained Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Malaya in June 1992.

Then he pursued his Master of Radiology in University of Malaya and completed his training in University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) in June 2000.

Prior joining BP, Dr. Lim was the Consultant Radiologist in 95 Armed Forces Hospital, Kuala Lumpur, for about 7 years



Dr. Norlah binti Khalil
Consultant Radiologist
MD(UKM), M.MED (Radiology) UKM, AM (Mal)

Dr. Norlah binti Khalil is a Consultant Radiologist at BP Specialist Centre, Skudai since April 2018.

She is a life member of College of Radiology, Academy of Medicine Malaysia and has been registered in the National Specialist Register since May 2007.

Dr. Norlah had her Master in Medicine (Radiology) at UKM Kuala Lumpur in 1989. She continued serving with KKM in GHKL until year 1991 where she was transferred to Muar District Hospital.

She then decided to leave the government sector in 1992 to practice in private hospitals.

With her close to 30 years experience as a Radiologist, she has gathered wide experience in General X-rays, Ultrasound including Doppler studies, CT scan, MRI and Mammogram.



Dr Noreen Norfaraheen Lee Binti Abdullah

Dr Noreen obtained her basic medical degree from UKM in 1991 after which she was attached with the Ministry of Health serving in various states (Penang, Sabah & Negeri Sembilan) as medical officer.

In 1999, Dr Noreen obtained her Masters in Radiology from UKM and then worked as a lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr Noreen specialized in Nuclear Medicine and Paediatric Radiology and pioneered the Masters Nuclear Medicine programme in USM. She was also the postgraduate Masters programme coordinator for several years till her retirement.

Upon retirement from USM, Dr Noreen joined Bagan Specialist Center as a consultant radiologist until 2018. Dr Noreen wrote and contributed many articles to journals as well as co-authored a book titled “A Manual in Nuclear Medicine”.

She is committed to continuing medical education (CME) and often gives CME talks to radiographers, general practitioners and the public on radiology and radiation safety.



Dr Jeevaraj A/L Nadarajah

Dr Jeeva, graduated from University of Mysore with Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1984. Since then, he has been practicing in medical field, and later specialized in general surgery. On top of that, he has been a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, Scotland (FRCSEd) since 1991.

Dr Jeeva is a very experienced General Surgeon with over 23 years of related working experience, and he is now practicing as a Visiting Consultant General Surgeon in few hospitals, for example, Hospital Fatimah and Kinta Medical Centre. He is also actively involved in educating medical students, junior doctors, medical officers, surgical trainees, nurses and medical assistants.


Dr.Rajandra Kumar Karupiah

Dr. Rajandra Kumar graduated with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Philippines and obtained his Masters in Orthopaedics from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He has gained valuable experience from working at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan and Hospital Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru. Dr. Rajandra Kumar’s special interests lie in sports-related injuries and joint replacement surgery, having underwent an attachment in Switzerland for the latter area.

Dr.Ho Shu Fen

Being a top scholar in her school days, Dr Ho obtained full scholarship to study medicine in University of Melbourne, one of the top medical schools in Australia.  She later received her postgraduate ophthalmic training in various famous eye centres in UK, including Birmingham Midlands Eye Centre and Queen Medical Centre, Nottingham.  After obtaining fellowship of Royal College of Ophthalmologist (London), she further pursued sub-specialty training in oculoplastics in the world famous Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.
She returned to Malaysia under the Talent Corp Scheme and further familiarise herself with various ophthalmic conditions in Malaysia by getting herself gazetted as a general specialist and oculoplastic subspecialist.  She passed her oculoplastic subspecialty exam in Hospital Serdang, hence being recognized as an oculoplastic surgeon in MOH.  She led the oculoplastics service in Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh before turning full time privately.
She is proficient in pediatric and adult oculoplastic conditions, including various eyelid conditions (ptosis, epiblepharon, lesions or tumor, entropion/ectropion, facial nerve palsy), lacrimal (treatment of watery eyes) and orbit (orbital floor fracture, thyroid eye disease, orbital
tumor). She is one of the few surgeons who perform orbital decompression and is the first to perform orbital floor fracture repair under intraoperative naviation in Ipoh.   She also works closely with ocularist and has been successfully reconstruct many eye sockets for fitting of ocular prosthesis.  She also performs aesthetic surgeries including double eyelid surgery, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyebags removal ) ,brow lift and botox. She is currently the secretary of oculolastic interest group under Malaysia Society of Ophthalmology and has given lectures on various oculoplastic conditions.
She is a versatile cataract surgeon and is able to perform phacoemulsification using toric and multifocal lens.  She can also perform squint surgery on adult and pediatric cases and pterygium surgeries.   She adopted multidisciplinary approach in dry eye management and many patients find the treatment helpful. Her extensive experiences allows her to provide a wide range of general ophthalmology service (e.g. dry eyes, medical glaucoma management, diabetic and macular degeneration) to patients.

Dr Mohd Zailani Mat Hassan

Dr Zailani obtained his Bachelors of Medicine & Bachelors in Surgery (MBBS) from The University of Adelaide, South Australia in 1996. He started his housemanship training in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM), Kelantan in 1997. Upon completion of his housemanship, he was working as a medical officer in Hospital Kota Bharu in surgical and accident & emergency (A&E) department.

He then pursued his Master in General Surgery (MSurg) in National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 2001 to 2005 and later joined the Department of Surgery, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Kuantan Medical campus as a senior lecturer and a general surgeon at Department of Surgery, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA), Kuantan, Pahang.

Dr Zailani started his fellowship in colorectal surgery from 2007 in Colorectal Unit, Department of Surgery, IIUM and later on pursue his overseas training at University of Kelaniya, North Colombo, Sri Lanka and Colorectal Unit, Department of Surgery, UCLA, California. He was promoted as an Associate Professor in 2010 and is currently a Board Certified Colorectal Surgeon by Ministry of Health Malaysia.

He subsequently left for private practice in 2011 as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, Melaka and is currently a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at Putra Specialist Hospital Kajang, Selangor.

Dr Zailani is also an active member of Malaysian Medical Association, Malaysia Society of Colorectal Surgeon and Academy of Medicine with an extensive experience in general surgery as well as colorectal surgery and had treated various conditions namely, all benign and malignant conditions in thyroid and breast, all hernias, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation and fecal incontinence, benign and malignant conditions in colon and rectum, as well as rectal prolapse.

Dr Semran Kaur Badeshae

Dr Semran Kaur Badeshae graduated with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
from Melaka-Manipal Medical College, one of Malaysia’s renowned medical universities in 2006. After graduation she served as a house officer in Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh and later on served as a medical officer in a district hospital in Sungai Siput, Perak. She then joined Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta in Tanjung Rambutan (first psychiatric institution in Malaysia) in 2009 and has gained vast knowledge in psychiatry while working there for 5 years. She then pursued her masters in psychiatry in UKM and completed her training in 2014. She has worked as a psychiatrist in Hospital Slim River and Hospital Sungai Buloh.

Dr Semran has great interest in education and research. She is an honorary lecturer for Management and Science University (MSU) and Taylors Medical School and is also involved in multiple researches which are currently ongoing.

Dr Semran manages all psychiatric illnesses ranging from Anxiety disorders, Mood disorders, Sleep disorders, Addiction (alcohol and smoking), Age-related disorders (Dementia) and Disorders affecting Children (Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)).
