For goods sold, refund is not possible unless due to **below conditions:
a) Allergy to medicine
b) Health not permissible for certain condition

There will be absolutely no refund due to the dissatisfaction of customers due to our services, e.g: scheduling complaints from Customers or longer waiting time for Consultation, in these cases, the respective outlets personnel will work out the best way to address the abovementioned dissatisfaction from Customers.
